All companies taking part in the Subject Project shall be hereinafter jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Objective of the Project :
The CLIENT is desirous to obtain modern, high quality & complete CONSULTING ENGINEER services for implementing Project Conception on the construction of ________________________________. 3)
With this aim and on the basis of the submitted Tender, this Agreement is hereby signed with duties, rights and obligations of the PARTIES contained herein.
