hereinafter referred to as the "PRINCIPAL" on the one side,

hereinafter referred to as the "SERVICING CONTRACTOR" on the other side.
For the purpose of this Contract all the firms taking part in the arrangement which is subject matter of this Contract shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Purposes and Objectives of Contract:
Where the PARTIES shall try, through this form of cooperation, to meet and fulfil the quality guarantees given by the PRINCIPAL to buyers for the delivered machines and equipment with respect to their servicing and maintenance during and beyond the warranty period.
Whereas through at-work presentations of machines and equipment and through training of buyer's staff for the operation and maintenance of the delivered machines and equipment the sale on the serviced market shall be improved.
Whereas the PRINCIPAL shall pay to the SERVICING CONTRACTOR the fees stipulated under this Contract for aforementioned services rendered.
