AGREEMENT ON TRANSFER OF KNOW-HOW

All the firms taking part in the subject arrangement shall be jointly referred to as the "PARTIES".
Purposes and Objectives:
The PARTIES are hereby concluding this arrangement in order to provide for the most suitable application of the provisions of the production and technical documentation referred to in the Licence Agreement dated ___________ , 20____ year , and in particular with respect to establishing and organizing of production of the licensed product. In consideration thereof the BUYER shall provide for the most experienced experts, technical documentation and equipment, instruments and tools required to that effect.
